Quality Eng Principal (Automation - Architect)

What you will do

• Design and drive enterprise-wide test automation strategies, frameworks, and standards.
• Lead the adoption of automation, AI-driven testing, CI/CD integration, and quality engineering practices.
• Build reusable automation platforms, tools, and utilities.
• Develop test strategies and plans aligned with enterprise objectives and delivery timelines.
• Oversee risk and defect processes, including reporting and adherence to ECO standards.
• Mentor Quality Engineer team members and collaborate with engineering, product, leadership, governance, risk, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Experience with application testing, system testing, software quality assurance, and the software development life cycle.
• Knowledge of technical documentation, troubleshooting, process management, coaching, and influencing.
• Must work in-office in Pittsburgh, PA or Dallas, TX.
• Employment visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available.

• Selenium experience.
