Test Engineer/Quality Assurance

Location: Ft George G Meade, Maryland, or the National Capital Region (NCR) and San Antonio, Texas; U.S. citizenship required

Salary: $77,000–$163,000 per year

What you will do

• Design and implement automated testing frameworks and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end test suites.
• Conduct system performance, scalability, black-box, and white-box testing.
• Lead test-driven development practices and support behavior-driven development.
• Implement continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines and analyze test coverage reports.
• Maintain requirements traceability and lead defect tracking and resolution.
• Support preparations for third-party code reviews.

Requirements

• Senior-level experience with at least 10 years in software testing and quality assurance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Expertise with test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework and Selenium.
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or similar languages, plus experience with JMeter, Gatling, or comparable performance testing tools.
• Experience testing containerized applications and microservices, with strong knowledge of CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph and U.S. citizenship required.
