Regional Banker/Teller (Banking)

Location: In-office at Eagle Pass Walmart in Eagle Pass, Texas, supporting multiple branches in the Eagle Pass market

What you will do

• Handle teller transactions and complete daily branch operations accurately and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs, improve financial wellbeing, and build customer loyalty.
• Conduct proactive sales conversations through teller interactions, outbound calls, appointment setting, and lobby engagement.
• Recommend banking products and identify referral opportunities to grow customer relationships.
• Use banking technology, tools, and resources to educate customers and resolve problems.
• Follow policies and procedures, apply sound judgment, and mitigate operational and financial risks.

Requirements

• Typically requires 1+ years of related experience or product knowledge.
• Knowledge of banking products, retail lending, customer service, prospecting, and sales.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work in an office-based branch environment and support multiple branches in the Eagle Pass market.
• Spanish-speaking ability is preferred, not required.
