What you will do

• Manage branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, security, risk, and regulatory processes.
• Lead and coach colleagues to achieve production goals and deliver effective customer service.
• Manage high-value consumer and business customer portfolios and deepen existing relationships.
• Acquire new consumer and business customers, generate referrals, and build internal partnerships.
• Develop community and business relationships through an ongoing calling and business development program.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, staffing, and colleague development for the assigned market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of goal-driven retail sales leadership experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Ability to lead branch sales, service, operations, financial performance, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of banking, consumer and business deposits, lending, investments, sales leadership, coaching, and customer service.
• Fingerprinting and additional background checks may be required under NMLS regulations.
