Technician IV-Facilities (Maintenance)

Location: Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite professional office and production environment. Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; occasional overtime may be requested. Travel time is 0%–25%.

What you will do

• Maintain facilities and production-related equipment to support current and projected production and engineering requirements.
• Perform required preventive maintenance tasks.
• Install, set up, and verify the operational readiness of required equipment.
• Support a safe, reliable office and production environment with exposure to varying noise levels and physical work conditions.

Requirements

• Trade school education and at least 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance; relevant work experience may substitute for schooling.
• Familiarity with the design, development, and assembly of electronic components.
• Experience with electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC, wastewater, hazardous-material identification and handling, process engineering, and preventive maintenance.
• Ability to lift at least 40 pounds and operate a forklift; forklift training is provided.
• Strong time management, initiative, service orientation, communication, computer literacy, and ability to work independently.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under US export-control requirements.
