Manufacturing Technician II (Day shift)

Location: Austin, TX, based at the Burnet facility; onsite day shift

What you will do

• Disassemble, assemble, and troubleshoot canisters and containers in a hazardous chemical environment.
• Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures while identifying opportunities to improve safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with leadership, engineering, quality, and safety teams to support production goals.
• Maintain strong accountability, integrity, attention to detail, and focus under pressure.
• Adapt to change, solve problems, share ideas, and continue learning.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Mechanical or technical experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office; SAP and PLC experience are a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed, lift or move up to 51 lbs daily, perform visual checks, and handle highly hazardous materials while wearing required PPE.
• Ability to attain respirator certification.

Nice to have

• Experience working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment.
• SAP or PLC experience.
