Manufacturing Technician II - (T2) First Shift (Semiconductor Equipment)

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
• Record progress, labor, work expense, and test data in computer systems; perform software installation or basic programming when required.
• Receive and inspect parts, audit material availability, document completed work, and identify process improvements.
• Follow cleanroom, health, safety, security, and equipment operating procedures.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to routine technical activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems independently using established procedures.
• Ability to read and use schematics, wiring diagrams, work orders, parts lists, and written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to communicate information effectively and collaborate with other functions.
• Work is performed in Austin, TX, in a hands-on cleanroom manufacturing environment.
