Engineering Technician II - 2nd Shift - (T2)

What you will do

• Perform routine to moderately complex design, testing, checkout, fabrication, modification, troubleshooting, and assembly of electronic and electromechanical systems.
• Test and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems, subsystems, and components.
• Support new system and NPI installations, field upgrades, and rework resulting from testing.
• Work from schematics, diagrams, layouts, plans, and written or verbal descriptions.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, vacuum, and process testing on hirify.global platforms.
• Compile logbooks, test procedures, quality notifications, and other engineering and manufacturing documentation.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to technical activities.
• Ability to recognize and solve typical problems using established procedures and scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively with team members and related groups.
• Ability to follow safety, security, operating, and protective-equipment requirements.
• Ability to work the 2nd shift and travel up to 10% of the time.
