Manufacturing Technician II - PET (Dayshift)

Location: Onsite in West Chester, Ohio, USA; dayshift from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM. Some overtime may be required with minimal advance notice.

Salary: $21.50–$32.00 per hour, depending on location, experience, qualifications, skills, and knowledge.

What you will do

• Operate, assemble, disassemble, start up, adjust, and sanitize filling equipment.
• Perform in-process monitoring, visual and physical inspections, line clearances, filter integrity testing, and outgoing quality checks.
• Complete batch records, GMP documentation, logs, mathematical calculations, and OEE data collection.
• Maintain controlled and classified areas through cleaning, housekeeping, aseptic practices, and environmental monitoring activities.
• Support inventory reconciliation, SAP activities, preventive maintenance, validation and engineering protocols, and process improvement initiatives.
• Follow SOPs, cGMPs, OSHA requirements, PPE, LOTO, chemical handling, waste handling, and spill control procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to understand, read, write, and communicate in English and follow written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records and perform mathematical calculations.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to a changing, demanding manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work onsite on the 6:00 AM–6:30 PM dayshift.
• Required certifications and qualifications for the assigned work area must be acquired and maintained.
• Sponsorship or support for work authorization, including visas, is not available.

Nice to have

• High school, vocational school, or equivalent education.
• Prior production experience.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or cGMP-regulated manufacturing.
• Experience in lean manufacturing and knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies and procedures.
