What you will do

• Lead the technical implementation and operation of Microsoft 365 modern workplace solutions, including SharePoint, Viva Suite, Power Platform, Teams, and Copilot.
• Define governance frameworks for Copilot agents and Power Platform environments.
• Architect and roll out employee experience portals using Viva Suite and related platforms.
• Develop Copilot agents using Copilot Studio, pro-code methodologies, and Copilot connectors.
• Partner with Security to implement sensitivity labels, DLP, audit controls, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor service reliability, coordinate Copilot-enabled meeting readiness, and drive adoption through dashboards, enablement programs, and stakeholder communications.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience owning or governing Modern Workplace or Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform governance and Copilot agent lifecycle management.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, Viva Suite configuration, Teams integration, and employee experience platforms such as Unily or Staffbase.
• Experience implementing security-aligned governance, including labels, DLP, audit, and compliance frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to support Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI-driven productivity tools, Copilot Studio, and emerging integration options such as MCP.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience managing large-scale Microsoft 365 deployments or migrations.
