AI Specialist

Location: Remote position based out of the Minneapolis, Minnesota office, with some in-office collaboration expected. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.

Salary: $127,800–$145,500 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

What you will do

• Support the rollout and adoption of AI tools across the organization.
• Develop and deliver AI training, guides, and reference materials for technical and non-technical employees.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design AI-enabled process improvements.
• Document business processes and requirements and translate them into automation plans.
• Organize and maintain company data and institutional knowledge for AI-driven solutions.
• Configure, test, refine, and monitor AI agents, automations, and workflows while gathering user feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least five years of professional experience in business analysis, process improvement, technology implementation, consulting, operations, knowledge management, or a related area.
• At least three years of experience with AI and machine learning tools and technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Copilot, and Power Platform.
• Experience with data organization, documentation, or knowledge management, plus the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs, automation, and low-code tools.
• Artificial intelligence consulting experience.
