Hiring rate: $146,250–$195,000 annually

What you will do

• Engineer and operate Microsoft Entra ID, identity lifecycle automation, conditional access, SSO integrations, PIM, and B2B access governance.
• Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through Intune and Jamf, including policies, compliance, provisioning, and performance.
• Engineer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Power Platform services.
• Lead the integration, configuration, governance, and continuous evaluation of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other enterprise AI capabilities.
• Build AI-driven automation for IT, including service desk augmentation, knowledge retrieval, documentation, log analysis, and routine task automation.
• Implement AI governance controls, maintain an AI tool inventory, detect shadow-AI usage, and partner with cybersecurity and compliance functions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience in digital workplace, productivity platforms, or related domains.
• Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Jamf or equivalent MDM, and full-stack troubleshooting across identity, devices, and applications.
• 2+ years of experience deploying, integrating, or building on enterprise AI capabilities.
• Experience with Microsoft Graph, Power Automate or integration platforms, and scripting in PowerShell, Python, or similar.
• Hands-on ITIL practice, enterprise ITSM administration, and practical application of NIST CSF 2.0.
• Working knowledge of AI risk governance, data classification, access controls, acceptable-use policy implementation, and strong communication with technical and senior-leadership audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with cross-department transformations, product-driven delivery, user-centered design, and rapid prototyping.
• Prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, AI agent frameworks, automated validation, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with the EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, device lifecycle programs, and advanced SharePoint or OneDrive administration.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MD-102, MS-102, SC-300, or AI-102.
