AI Enablement Lead

Location: Niwot, Colorado, United States; primarily office-based

Salary: $84,000–$125,000 per year

What you will do

• Contribute to the AI strategy, adoption roadmap, governance guidelines, and responsible-use standards.
• Identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage AI use cases across Sales, Human Resources, Service, Operations, and other business functions.
• Build and lead an AI Champions network, organize training and community forums, and drive peer-to-peer adoption and behavior change.
• Serve as the hands-on technical expert for productivity AI tools including Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and emerging solutions.
• Build and deploy simple AI agents and workflow automations using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Zapier, Make, and light scripting against AI APIs.
• Define adoption, productivity, quality, and ROI metrics and report outcomes to IT leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in IT, digital enablement, or a related role with hands-on generative AI experience.
• Hands-on experience building agents or automations with low-code/no-code platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Automate, Zapier, or Make.
• Experience applying change management approaches such as Prosci or ADKAR, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data security, responsible AI usage, productivity metrics, and ROI reporting.
• Ability to work in an office environment in Niwot, Colorado, including extended computer use and occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs.

Nice to have

• Basic Python or JavaScript scripting for API-based automations.
• Microsoft 365 or Copilot administration experience.
• Prompt engineering or AI tool rollout experience in manufacturing or another regulated environment.
