Sr. Power Platform & AI Engineer

Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States; 70% in-office and 30% flexible work model. Due to U.S. export control and regulatory requirements, only U.S. persons are eligible; visa sponsorship is not available.

Salary: $130,800–$209,400 per year, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus, other incentive compensation, or equity.

What you will do

• Own administration, governance, security, licensing, access controls, and lifecycle management for Power Platform environments.
• Design and deliver AI-first automation using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
• Build enterprise applications, workflows, conversational agents, integrations with Microsoft 365, ServiceNow, Jira, APIs, and MCP servers.
• Maintain GxP-qualified platform operations, validation documentation, audit readiness, logging, monitoring, and exception handling.
• Lead Center of Excellence enablement through training, workshops, office hours, design reviews, and citizen-developer mentoring.
• Track adoption, operational risk, failures, and business impact while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Microsoft Power Platform administrator and hands-on developer in an enterprise environment.
• Deep expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, including Canvas and Model-Driven Apps.
• Experience designing end-to-end solutions combining Dataverse, Microsoft 365, APIs, enterprise systems, and AI-driven automation.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems through APIs or MCP servers and supporting production-grade automations.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work with security, compliance, and enterprise architecture stakeholders.
• Eligibility to work as a U.S. person is required.

Nice to have

• UiPath development or administration experience.
• Experience in regulated environments such as pharma, healthcare, GxP, or SOX.
• PowerShell or Python scripting experience.
• Power Platform or Copilot Studio certifications.
• Experience supporting distributed teams through a centralized Center of Excellence.
