Senior Software Engineer, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure (Generative AI)

Location: US - Austin, TX; at least 3 days per week in the office are required. The role is performed in an office setting and requires 5–10% travel.

Salary: $110,700–$171,800 USD per year, with potential bonus and equity eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents and intelligent applications using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure AI services.
• Build Generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, enterprise knowledge grounding, vector search, prompt engineering, and agentic AI patterns.
• Develop Copilot Studio solutions with agent flows, actions, knowledge sources, MCP integrations, custom connectors, and enterprise authentication.
• Integrate Microsoft 365, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Workday, SAP, and other enterprise platforms.
• Implement scalable cloud-native solutions with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Key Vault, API Management, and Entra ID.
• Contribute to design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, CI/CD, monitoring, telemetry, security controls, and deployment automation while collaborating with product, architecture, security, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Power Platform experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Azure fundamentals and API integration experience.
• JavaScript/TypeScript and/or Python programming experience.
• Understanding of secure software development lifecycle fundamentals and exposure to Agile development practices and tools.
• Interest in Generative AI, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, Dataverse, and RAG experience.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and applications, including NLP fundamentals.
