What you will do

• Support institutional and retail clients with trade execution workflow queries in real time.
• Engage with clients and vendors as part of a global client support organization.
• Build knowledge of global financial markets, products, and services.
• Connect technology capabilities with business and client needs.
• Use client feedback to help drive product development and improve connectivity.

Requirements

• Entering the final year of school or expected to be ready for full-time employment between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Excellent academic background and a passion for financial markets.
• Motivation, tenacity, initiative, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Comfort with networking, unscripted client interactions, rapid problem-solving, and relationship building.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Basic programming skills.
