Client Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship and must be authorized to begin work in the U.S. on the first day.

Salary: $59,000–$74,000 base salary per year, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify, respond to, and resolve client questions and software issues.
• Provide hands-on support and functional and conceptual instruction to help clients use hirify.global effectively.
• Analyze complex data sets to identify and resolve data and calculation discrepancies.
• Assess issue criticality and coordinate resolutions with Engineering, Data, Product, and Account Manager teams.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and maintain high client satisfaction across simultaneous cases.
• Develop deep expertise in the hirify.global platform and client workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in a client-facing role.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in mathematics and strong problem-solving ability.
• Passion for technology, finance, and continuous learning.
• U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship is required.

• Previous experience in investment management.
