Client Service Manager (m/f/x) (FinTech)

Location: Berlin, Germany. The position offers an opportunity to work from abroad and is initially fixed-term for two years.

What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects via email and phone.
• Resolve complex customer inquiries in collaboration with other departments.
• Build financial knowledge through internal training and independent learning.
• Use customer feedback to identify improvements to products and internal processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or relevant commercial apprenticeship experience, ideally in banking.
• At least one year of practical experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services.
• Strong experience supporting customers by phone, email, or in person.
• Affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
• Fluent German and English.
• Reliable, independent, collaborative, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
