What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for clients and support day-to-day trading activities by phone, email, or on-site as required.
• Resolve client issues and configurations, raise cases to second-level support, and maintain client records.
• Monitor market processes, transactions, and services that support proper market and client-service functioning.
• Support Sales with client onboarding, account management, timely responses, and GUI demonstrations onsite or via Webex.
• Collaborate with MTS groups to address market issues and service improvements.
• Create, manage, and delete client users and send messages to market participants.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Computer Engineering, Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Understanding of financial instruments and financial markets.
• Practical understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Strong communication, organisational, interpersonal, collaboration, accuracy, and adaptability skills.
