Dealing Services Agent (Investing)

Location: Manchester, UK; hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in the office. The first three months are full-time onsite. The role involves rota-based shifts from Monday to Friday, 8am–9pm, with some bank holidays.

Salary: Starting from £28,100 per year, potentially higher depending on previous financial services or dealing experience.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute trades in shares and other investments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to written enquiries with a professional service.
• Complete all activity in line with service-level agreements and compliance policies.
• Build knowledge and confidence through structured training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in investing, trading, or financial markets.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, including Maths and English, or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and follow varied rota-based shifts.
