Dealing Services Agent (Fintech)

Location: Manchester, United Kingdom; hybrid working with 3–4 days per week in the office. New starters work full-time from the office for the first 3 months.

What you will do

• Support customers by phone, email, and secure message.
• Help customers place and execute trades in shares and other investments.
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer emails.
• Complete activities in line with service-level agreements and compliance policies.
• Build knowledge and expertise through structured training and ongoing support.

Requirements

• Genuine interest in investing, trading, or financial markets; previous experience is helpful but not essential.
• Minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9–4, A*–C, or equivalent, including Maths and English.
• Excellent customer service skills and a professional, confident telephone manner.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competence with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
