People Business Partner (HR)

Location: Remote within the United States, with listed locations including Denver, Austin, Boston, Dallas, Georgia, Jacksonville, Phoenix, Portland, Salt Lake City, Seattle, and Tampa. Annual travel to Denver is required for the company gathering.

Salary: $112,000–$126,000 per year.

What you will do

• Partner strategically with non-exempt support, service, finance, and legal leaders from line-manager to executive level.
• Design and deliver scalable solutions covering strategic planning, performance management, talent assessment, change management, and team building.
• Manage Career Connect performance reviews, calibrations, manager workshops, and engagement survey action planning.
• Diagnose organizational needs and talent gaps, then implement practical people strategies with business leaders.
• Serve as a subject-matter expert in one or more People function areas and contribute to People Team planning.
• Manage HRIS updates, employee records, operational workflows, and AI-based tools that improve efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional HR experience, particularly supporting service or sales leadership.
• Experience supporting non-exempt or hourly employee populations.
• Experience helping global or highly matrixed organizations scale.
• Confidence working with spreadsheets, HRIS platforms, and employee data.
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals, employee lifecycle practices, consulting, coaching, facilitation, and communication.
• Demonstrated judgment, empathy, critical thinking, resourcefulness, and ability to build trust with executive leaders.
