People Business Partner (SaaS)

Salary: $129.6K–$178.2K annually, plus a 15% annual target bonus

What you will do

• Partner with leaders, managers, and employees in Customer Advisory Services, Finance, and Legal.
• Align people strategy with business strategy across a growing organization.
• Advise employees and leaders throughout the employee lifecycle and apply clear HR processes.
• Lead performance and talent reviews, compensation planning, performance management, and career development.
• Provide leadership coaching and support organizational design, headcount planning, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with the broader People team and internal stakeholders to manage change and strengthen organizational effectiveness.

Requirements

• 8+ years of HR experience, including at least 5 years as a People Business Partner supporting senior leadership in fast-paced, scaling organizations.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and HR best practices.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to turn complex situations into clear, actionable strategies.
• Experience using people metrics and insights to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business goals.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting global, matrixed teams in the technology or SaaS sector.
• Experience partnering with Customer Success, Support, or Professional Services organizations.
