What you will do
- Serve as the primary HR advisor for Sales and Marketing leaders on all people-related topics.
- Drive core HR cycles, including performance reviews, goal setting, and compensation changes.
- Analyze people data, such as attrition and engagement scores, to inform leadership decisions.
- Partner on organizational design and headcount planning as teams scale or restructure.
- Manage employee relations matters, including performance improvement plans and investigations.
- Ensure all people practices comply with federal and state employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, Title VII).
Requirements
- 3–6 years of HR experience, with at least 1-2 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Must be based in the USA to comply with applicable employment laws.
- Familiarity with Workday or a similar HRIS.
- Experience navigating ambiguous situations and working across all leadership levels.
Nice to have
- Experience working specifically with Sales or Marketing teams.
- Exposure to sales compensation or incentive plan design.
