Senior Vice President, People (AI)

Location: Santa Clara, United States; hybrid

Salary: OTE $250K–$350K annually

What you will do

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to define and execute the People Vision and Talent Strategy.
• Build a 12–18 month roadmap covering talent acquisition, employee experience, performance, change management, and organizational design.
• Launch leadership development for first-line and mid-level managers and establish scalable feedback, accountability, and trust programs.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, quality-of-hire improvements, and frameworks for evaluating top talent.
• Design and implement transparent compensation, promotion, job-leveling, and pay-equity programs.
• Improve employee engagement and retention, including integration of the fully remote EMEA team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR or People leadership experience, including experience in a scaling technology company.
• Proven success leading People strategy in a company of 50–500 employees.
• Deep knowledge of HR business partnering, HR operations, talent acquisition, total rewards, and DEI.
• Experience advising executive teams at a strategic level and presenting data-driven insights.
• Comfort using HRIS, people analytics tools, and other systems to support decisions.
• Strong strategic thinking, communication, emotional intelligence, execution, change leadership, and analytical rigor.

Nice to have

• Previous experience as a CPO or VP of HR in a high-tech Silicon Valley company.
• Experience supporting AI transformation and commercial-to-enterprise growth.
