What you will do

• Align HR initiatives with business objectives and strategic goals to drive organizational performance.
• Contribute to talent strategies including workforce planning, succession planning, and development programs.
• Advise leaders on team structures, role design, and organizational change management.
• Guide managers through the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and reviews.
• Analyze engagement survey results and implement action plans to improve employee experience.
• Facilitate coaching sessions for people managers to enhance leadership skills and accountability.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in an HRBP or generalist role, preferably in a matrix or global organization.
• Hands-on experience with talent management, employee engagement, and performance frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with a strategic, data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in HR systems and tools.
