Salary: $130,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the nursing license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness appointments and urgent visits.
• Work autonomously while building trusted, lasting relationships with patients and clients.
• Participate in provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds for ongoing collaboration and learning.

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification.
• Independent practice provider status preferred where permitted by state regulations.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• Current CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• Independent family practice experience in routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visits preferred.
