Business Analyst (HR Tech)

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document HR business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and maintain Airtable bases and n8n workflows to automate HR processes and integrate systems.
• Write basic Python scripts and use SQL to process HR data, generate reports, and support dashboards.
• Create and optimize Jira boards to track project progress and support agile workflows.
• Maintain process and system documentation in WIKI platforms.
• Coordinate requirements, progress, and deliverables between HR, IT, and other stakeholders while resolving process inefficiencies.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and logical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to break processes into clear steps.
• Good written English and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on problem-solving mindset with an interest in debugging and process improvement.
• SQL skills and a basic understanding of APIs, webhooks, and JSON, or the ability to learn them quickly.
• Comfort with no-code or low-code automation tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier, or demonstrated ability to learn them quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with n8n, Airtable, and basic Python scripting.
