Senior Salesforce Consultant / Business Analyst (Salesforce)

Location: Remote from Manila, Philippines; working hours aligned with New Zealand Hours.

Salary: PHP 100,000–180,000 per month.

What you will do

• Support Salesforce consulting and managed services delivery.
• Work with customers to understand business processes, pain points, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and solution notes.
• Support CRM and BI onboarding, including data migration validation, configuration checks, user training, and documentation.
• Perform manual QA testing and support UAT preparation and execution.
• Prepare release notes, customer-facing documentation, and training materials for developers and AI agents.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce background, including Salesforce Sales Cloud experience.
• Strong business analysis capability and experience working directly with customers.
• Ability to run discovery sessions and document requirements clearly and commercially.
• Strong understanding of sales, service, customer onboarding, and CRM processes.
• Ability to perform structured manual QA testing and maintain strong data quality awareness.
• Strong written and verbal English communication; comfortable working New Zealand hours and in an AI-first delivery environment.
