Program Manager (Commerce)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; hybrid work with teams in the office an average of four days per week.

Salary: $75,000–$180,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale, integrated commerce marketing programs across TV, print, radio, social media, and display.
• Manage project scope, schedules, assumptions, pricing, client proposals, and statements of work.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate delays, and ensure delivery on time, within budget, and against agreed objectives.
• Lead and mentor cross-functional teams spanning account management, creative, production, content and social, finance, clients, and vendors.
• Define and improve communication, project management, and performance-monitoring processes.
• Own project estimation, financial planning, profitability, and return on investment.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience managing complex, integrated marketing projects in an agency or consulting environment.
• Experience with commerce-focused clients or a strong understanding of the commerce space.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor project teams and manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong scoping, estimation, scheduling, prioritization, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with technology, creative, finance, client, and vendor audiences.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and accuracy under tight deadlines.
