Program Manager

Location: Chicago, Illinois; full-time onsite attendance at the Chicago headquarters is required five days per week.

Salary: $140,000–$200,000 per year, with eligibility for discretionary bonuses for certain positions.

What you will do

• Plan and execute software development projects with clear timelines, deliverables, requirements, milestones, and rollout strategies.
• Coordinate traders, software developers, quants, executives, and other stakeholders across departments.
• Monitor project KPIs, key metrics, costs, risks, and delivery impact.
• Communicate project expectations, updates, and status reports to stakeholders and leadership.
• Direct project teams, manage conflicts, and handle shifting priorities and deadlines.
• Promote Agile project management methods and educate teams on project management best practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of direct experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager.
• Proven experience using Agile methodology in software development projects.
• Experience managing work across multiple departments and collaborating with management, developers, and traders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, presentation, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to adjust to changing priorities, needs, and deadlines and elicit cooperation from diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work onsite at the Chicago headquarters full-time, five days per traditional work week.
