What you will do

• Support PMO and ProgMO planning, scheduling, governance, and coordination with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support federal budget formulation and execution, including planning, tracking, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Coordinate federal acquisition and procurement activities throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Develop performance metrics, compliance tracking, program status reports, and leadership briefings.
• Support PMR planning, readiness preparation, review coordination, follow-up actions, and governance reporting.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree and 5 or more years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience supporting a PMO, ProgMO, Project Management Office, or federal budget office.
• Experience supporting or managing federal programs and coordinating with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Familiarity with federal budget formulation, execution tracking, acquisition processes, procurement planning, and lifecycle oversight.
• Experience with performance management, metrics development, compliance tracking, data analysis, and reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills for PMR reviews, leadership briefings, and governance reporting.
