Program Manager - Vice President (Fintech)

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States. Hybrid schedule with office work Monday–Thursday and remote work on Friday.

Base salary: $130,000–$150,000 per year, plus equity and an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent strategic software initiatives across the Pre-Investment vertical.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align priorities, technical tradeoffs, resources, and delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, UX, Legal, Compliance, and Sales stakeholders across distributed teams.
• Build project plans covering milestones, dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies.
• Operate Monday.com as the source of truth for roadmaps, dashboards, automations, workflows, and status reporting.
• Use JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Copilot, and Anthropic Claude for delivery tracking, documentation, analysis, communication, and executive reporting.

Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
• Experience delivering multiple complex software projects in financial services or fintech.
• Ability to partner with Product and Engineering leadership and understand product strategy, technical architecture, sprint mechanics, and delivery tradeoffs.
• Advanced proficiency with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, stakeholder influence, independent problem-solving, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude for AI-assisted operational workflows.

Nice to have

• PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certification.
