What you will do

• Drive end-to-end delivery of strategic software initiatives across the Pre-Investment vertical, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to align technical tradeoffs with business objectives and co-own delivery outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across UX, Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams in a multi-location environment.
• Manage detailed project plans, milestones, and risk mitigation using Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Implement AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude to accelerate operational workflows and reporting.
• Facilitate decision-making forums to resolve conflicts and drive consensus among diverse stakeholders.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience in program management, project management, or business analysis.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software projects in financial services or fintech environments.
• Must be based in or able to work in Salt Lake City, Utah (Monday-Thursday office presence required).
• Deep expertise in Agile methodologies and advanced proficiency with Monday.com, JIRA, and Confluence.
• Experience managing globally distributed teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot, Claude) to improve team velocity.

Nice to have

• PMP, SAFe, CSM, or CSP certifications.
