Technical Program Manager

Location: New York, NY, United States; on-site work from an office is required.

Salary: $93,000–$160,000 per year, with potential additional restricted stock units, sign-on bonus, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Partner with software engineers, product managers, quality engineers, and business leaders to deliver products through the full software development lifecycle.
• Translate product strategy into concrete technical goals, team tasks, and prioritized issues.
• Track project status, anticipate risks, resolve blockers, and stabilize delivery.
• Improve cross-team collaboration, alignment, and development efficiency.
• Work with customer-facing engineering teams on product implementation, rollout, and support.

Requirements

• Relevant technical degree or experience in a software-related field, such as systems engineering, computer science, or computer engineering.
• At least 2 years of project or program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated success managing complex software development projects for an enterprise software company or startup.
• Ability to engage in technical discussions and learn technical concepts.
• Excellent judgment, composure, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high product quality bar.
• Ability and willingness to obtain a US security clearance at the Secret designation or above.
