Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: 128,200 – 176,990 CAD

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end build of complex solution architectures aligned with operational standards and long-term maintainability.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and clients regarding standard solution options and delivery approaches.
• Manage solution workstreams across large-scale initiatives while ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to frameworks.
• Analyze and resolve advanced functional, technical, or operational challenges with scalable and durable solutions.
• Review solution designs, build packages, and documentation to ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Mentor and coach Lead and Senior Solution Consultants to elevate the overall solution capability of the organization.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in hirify.global Dimension or as a senior implementation expert owning cross-domain designs.
• Prior client-facing experience in business consulting or SME roles leading front-to-back solution discussions.
• Functional knowledge of hirify.global Dimension and/or Data Management Core (formerly Gain).
• Working knowledge of SaaS delivery constraints and operating models, including proficiency with Azure DevOps.
• Must be based in Toronto and able to work in the office 2-3 days a week.
• Willingness to travel as required.
