Principal Corporate Strategy & Development (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid; must be based in Mountain View, California (2-3 days per week in office)

Salary: $212,000 - $287,000

What you will do

• Structure projects and develop work plans for high-priority strategic growth initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of data-driven research and analysis.
• Author and deliver strategic presentations and findings to C-level executives and the Board of Directors.
• Provide thought leadership and set the intellectual agenda for the Corporate Strategy & Development team.
• Mentor and coach junior team members to build their professional craft skills.
• Stay current with the competitive landscape to anticipate opportunities and risks.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a respected corporate strategy function.
• 2+ years of experience leading teams of direct reports on high-profile strategic efforts.
• Strong ability to apply quantitative and analytical approaches to complex business problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level facilitation.
• MBA preferred.
• Must be located in or able to work in Mountain View, CA under a hybrid model.
