is hiring for a financial accounting role supporting the accuracy and integrity of its financial operations.
What you will do
- Record, verify, consolidate, and enter accounting transactions.
- Prepare journal entries for monthly book close and reconcile assigned accounts.
- Process invoices, obtain approvals, generate payments, and maintain vendor records.
- Manage supplier tax documentation, contractor income tracking, and applicable VAT compliance.
- Coordinate interim and annual audits and provide supporting documentation.
- Support internal controls, accounting standards, ad hoc projects, and cross-training with other team members.
Requirements
- Fluent German, written and spoken.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in financial accounting or a similar role.
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Ramp, or similar tools.
- Analytical, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
