What you will do
- Categorize accounts payable statements and invoices and verify them against transactions.
- Review, approve, and process employee expense payments.
- Process purchase and cost invoices and credit notes within agreed timeframes.
- Resolve vendor payment issues and respond to payment enquiries.
- Assist with month-end financial reporting.
- Support accounts receivable and general ledger activities while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to process large amounts of data.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Experience analyzing and interpreting data, supported by strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfort working in cross-functional teams and adapting to ambiguity and change.
- Comfort working in a startup environment.
