TL;DR
Senior PTP Accountant (Accounts Payable): Overseeing PTP accounting activities for the Rohlik Group and related entities with an accent on vendor invoices, travel and expense processing, journal vouchers, and reconciliations. Focus on resolving open items and complex cases, improving process efficiency, and maintaining accounting quality and timelines.
Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days working from home

What you will do
- Oversee PTP accounting activities for the Group and related entities.
- Process vendor invoices and travel and expense transactions in line with company policies and controls.
- Prepare accruals and other PTP-related journal vouchers.
- Resolve open items and handle escalations, complex reconciliations, and non-standard cases.
- Ensure the quality and timeliness of reconciliation processes.
- Participate in KPI and performance management processes and drive continuous improvement across the PTP function.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of accounting experience in a similar role.
- Experience driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advanced English language skills required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Nice to have
- German, Hungarian, or Romanian language skills.
