Accountant

Location: Prague, Czech Republic; hybrid schedule with three days in the office and two days from home

What you will do

• Manage the full month-end closing process, including regular journal entries and monthly reconciliations.
• Prepare and process regular VAT statements and monitor how daily bookings affect income tax positions.
• Drive continuous process improvements and efficiency initiatives across the RTR function.
• Complete ad-hoc financial tasks and requests from the line manager.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance.
• At least 2–3 years of accounting experience.
• Solid accounting knowledge.
• Business-level English required for speaking and writing.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or MS Excel.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
