Client Relations Partner (Healthcare)

Salary: $56,700–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary contact for client billing teams and resolve payment, claims, and patient concerns.
• Review revenue cycle metrics and identify process improvement opportunities with internal and external billing partners.
• Lead special projects, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives to improve revenue cycle performance.
• Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to support compliance with state and federal billing regulations.
• Manage multiple client relationships and escalated billing issues simultaneously.

Requirements

• 5+ years of revenue cycle management experience in a high-volume environment preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement, medical billing, and CPT/ICD coding.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, presentation, relationship-building, communication, and process improvement leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
