Senior Customer Success Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, U.S.-based; candidates must live in Missouri. Up to 30% travel may be required.

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own strategic relationships and account strategies for complex customer portfolios.
• Develop Joint Success Plans aligned with customer goals and measurable outcomes.
• Drive product adoption, workflow improvement, customer value, retention, renewals, and expansion.
• Lead business reviews, executive stakeholder meetings, renewal discussions, and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners and lead complex customer initiatives.
• Synthesize customer feedback and advocate for customer needs with Product and internal teams.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or related work.
• 3+ years of experience supporting healthcare and/or government customers.
• Experience managing complex customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with account planning, renewals, retention, expansion, product adoption, workflow improvement, or change management.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into insights and action.
• Experience leading strategic customer meetings, escalations, and cross-functional work without direct authority.
