Location: Seattle, WA; hybrid and remote flexibility within the United States. Regular meetings require availability during Pacific Time business hours, with occasional mandatory domestic travel approximately 2–5 times per year.
Salary: $105,000–$130,000 per year, with potential additional incentive pay and stock options for eligible roles.

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of customer relationships across onboarding, adoption, research execution, renewal readiness, and expansion.
- Develop success plans, define measurable outcomes, and help healthcare and life sciences customers realize sustained value from .
- Guide customers through cohort definition, feasibility assessment, study design, data interpretation, and clinical analytics workflows.
- Translate clinical workflows and research questions into requirements, action plans, and deliverables while coordinating with product, research, engineering, commercial, and support teams.
- Lead customer education, enablement, training, stakeholder communications, and executive-ready reports, presentations, and recommendations.
- Identify adoption and delivery risks, support account planning and renewals, and develop opportunities for deeper product use and customer impact.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with electronic medical record data, real-world data or evidence, public health research, regulatory submissions, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting, preferably serving healthcare or life sciences analytics customers.
- Experience with public health research, epidemiology, outcomes research, health services research, real-world evidence, or clinical research.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to align clinical, technical, operational, and executive audiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for explaining scientific, analytical, and technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple customer priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver high-quality work on time.
Nice to have
- Experience working at an EMR vendor or implementing, supporting, or advising customers on Epic or Cerner platforms and workflows.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public health, epidemiology, health services research, biomedical informatics, biostatistics, health economics, or another quantitative or health-related discipline.
- Experience with clinical data models, EHR workflows, interoperability, population health, registries, analytics, or clinical informatics.
- Experience with SQL, R, Python, or similar statistical analysis and querying tools.
