Director, Technical Program Management (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, USA. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require current or future employer visa sponsorship.

Base salary: $210,000–$240,000 USD per year, based on experience and geographic location.

What you will do

• Establish and lead the technical program management function across Product & Technology.
• Build scalable practices for program planning, governance, dependency management, risk management, and executive visibility.
• Lead complex, cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Data, Marketing, and other business functions.
• Develop integrated plans covering milestones, dependencies, sequencing, resources, decisions, and critical paths.
• Set technical, operational, clinical, regulatory, privacy, legal, support, and go-to-market launch-readiness standards.
• Recruit, develop, and coach a high-impact TPM team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering program management, product development, or a related field.
• 2+ years of people leadership experience, including developing TPMs or technical program leaders.
• Experience building or significantly evolving program-management practices in a growing technology organization.
• Experience leading large, technically complex initiatives across multiple engineering and product teams.
• Technical fluency across architecture, APIs, data flows, platforms, constraints, and engineering trade-offs.
• Strong executive communication, dependency and risk management, technical planning, launch readiness, and influence without formal authority.

• Experience in healthcare, health technology, regulated technology, or another complex environment.
