Hospitality Operations Manager (Short-Term Rental)

Location: Largo, Florida, United States; field-based and onsite. Frequent travel within the Pinellas County market is required, along with weekend, holiday, early morning, and evening availability.

What you will do

• Ensure assigned homes are functional, clean, stocked, and guest-ready.
• Directly manage housekeepers through scheduling, task assignment, performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate inspections, restocking, and hospitality tasks across the zone.
• Visit properties regularly, maintain property-level expertise, and prevent guest and owner issues.
• Coordinate with Guest Experience, Maintenance, onboarding, revenue, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain operational alignment.
• Manage homeowner relationships, approve solutions such as guest compensation and owner cost-sharing, and improve guest review scores.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of operational experience in hospitality, property management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
• Experience coordinating or delivering fieldwork in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort using mobile and desktop task-management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; H-1B visa sponsorship is not available.
