What you will do

• Contact existing clients by phone, email, mail, and fax to promote and renew assigned insurance coverage.
• Sell ancillary products and present quotes or estimates while closing sales and gathering market intelligence.
• Coordinate applications, required forms, and underwriting information with clients and internal underwriters.
• Respond to policyholder and broker questions about current coverage and upcoming renewals.
• Document sales activities in the CRM system and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Provide backup support to other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous sales or customer service experience; insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required, or the ability to obtain one.
