Customer Service Representative - Business Insurance Services

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $20.00–$24.00 hourly

What you will do

• Promote and renew assigned Pearl Insurance coverage for existing business clients through phone, email, mail, and fax.
• Answer policyholder and insurance broker questions about current coverage and upcoming renewals.
• Coordinate applications, forms, additional information, and underwriting activities with clients and internal underwriters.
• Present quotes or estimates, close sales, and gather market intelligence when renewals are not completed.
• Record sales activities in the CRM system and maintain ongoing customer relationships.
• Provide backup support to other Client Relations Account Representatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Previous sales or customer service experience; insurance industry experience is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational levels.
• Property and Casualty insurance license required, or the ability to obtain one.
• Must be based in the USA.
