Strategic Partnerships

Location: Hybrid in New York, NY; remote hiring is open across the US and London. New York, San Francisco, or London-based candidates are preferred.

Compensation: OTE $145K–$270K. The stated range is for candidates in the U.S.; the range may differ outside the U.S.

What you will do

• Own trusted C-suite relationships with strategic partners, including Hollywood studios, Fortune 100 enterprises, brands, and creative organizations.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop AI-driven content and identify ways to transform content creation.
• Understand partner pain points, propose targeted solutions, and identify or prototype new markets and product opportunities.
• Onboard partners to the Runway platform and API, support expansion, and explain how to use the technology effectively.
• Translate partner use cases into initiatives that influence product strategy and industry positioning.
• Track partnership performance with BI tools and provide feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of overall experience in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences within complex global organizations, ideally in technology, finance, or consulting.
• Experience leading complex implementations of generative AI or traditional machine learning solutions and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities, take expansive ownership, and prioritize ruthlessly.
• Strong bias toward action and willingness to handle tasks at every level of detail.
• Track record of rapidly prototyping ideas and iterating with customers to deliver solutions to their problems.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills, particularly with executives and organizational leaders.
• High technical aptitude for understanding complex technologies, tools, systems, and issues.
• Creative, non-prescriptive mindset with the ability to think beyond existing checklists and playbooks.
• Resourcefulness and ability to create structure and work autonomously in ambiguous environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with data tooling and BI systems such as SQL, BigQuery, or Retool.
