Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Remote across the US and London; offices in NYC, San Francisco, Seattle, and London.

Compensation: OTE $145,000 – $270,000

What you will do

• Own and nurture deep, trusted C-suite level relationships with strategic partners including Hollywood studios and Fortune 100 enterprises.
• Collaborate with creative teams to co-create high-impact content and define new industry standards using AI.
• Translate partner pain points into actionable product initiatives and strategic positioning.
• Onboard new partners to the platform and API while supporting their long-term technical expansion.
• Identify and prototype new market opportunities for Runway products.
• Provide high-impact feedback to Product, Engineering, and Creative teams to improve the user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles engaging C-level technical audiences.
• Proven track record of leading complex implementations of Generative AI or traditional ML solutions.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills for executive-level engagement.
• High technical aptitude for understanding complex systems and tools.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Must be based in the US or London (New York, SF, or Seattle preferred).

Nice to have

• Experience with data tooling and BI systems such as SQL, BigQuery, or Retool.
