AI Partnerships Manager (AI)

Location: Hybrid (Must be able to work from an assigned office at least 3 days per week in the US)

Salary: $204,000–$250,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and grow high-growth AI partners for the hirify.global platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with AI startup founders and developer communities.
• Serve as a technical bridge between partner needs and internal product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Guide partners on technical integration strategies and product use cases.
• Represent hirify.global in the AI ecosystem through events, webinars, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from an assigned office at least 3 days per week.
• Proven experience in partnerships, platform/product extensibility, or developer relations.
• Strong familiarity with AI tools, frameworks, and ecosystems.
• Technical fluency to credibly guide partners on integration approaches.
• Ability to operate at the intersection of business development and technical solutioning.
