TL;DR
Head of Partnerships (AI): Building and scaling the solutions partner ecosystem from the ground up with an accent on recruiting SIs, consultancies, and agencies to drive enterprise adoption. Focus on defining the partner playbook, structuring economics, and managing partner-sourced pipeline to accelerate Vapi's growth.
Location: Must be based in or able to work from San Francisco or New York (Hybrid)
Salary: $220,000 – $260,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Recruit, sign, and activate net-new solutions partners including SIs, AI consultancies, and CX agencies.
- Define and execute the partner program strategy, including economics, referral incentives, and co-sell motions.
- Build a repeatable partner-sourced pipeline and track performance through CRM deal registration.
- Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Engineering to enable partners and identify lighthouse opportunities.
- Represent Vapi at industry events and within the CCaaS/AI ecosystem to build brand authority.
- Champion partner feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap for partner-led deals.
Requirements
- 7+ years in partnerships, channel sales, or business development at a B2B software company.
- 3+ years of experience recruiting and launching new partners (SIs, consultancies, or agencies).
- Proven track record of building partner-sourced pipeline from zero.
- Technical proficiency to discuss APIs, LLMs, and telephony ecosystems.
- Experience with enterprise co-sell motions and account mapping.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and build playbooks from scratch.
Nice to have
- Existing relationships with AI consultancies, CX-focused SIs, or hyperscaler partners (AWS, Google, Microsoft).
- Prior experience in voice AI or CCaaS sectors.
