Salary: $204,000—$250,000 USD

What you will do

• Identify, recruit, and scale strategic AI partnerships to expand the hirify.global ecosystem.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-growth AI startups, founders, and developer communities.
• Guide partners on the optimal technical approach for building and integrating with the hirify.global platform.
• Design innovative solutions and partnership opportunities that drive adoption and ubiquity.
• Represent the company at AI meetups, webinars, and community events.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to amplify partner success stories.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a partnerships leader with existing connections in the AI ecosystem.
• Ability to engage effectively with technical founders, product leaders, and developers.
• Technical fluency in AI tools, frameworks, platforms, and ecosystems.
• Background in partnerships, platform extensibility, or developer relations.
• Must be based in the US and able to work from the office 3+ days per week.
